TV Signal-stealing:

You wouldn't pay for your neighbor's electricity bill, would you? So why do you pay for his cable? - That was one of the slogans of cable-TV commercial in the USA. It was made to aware people, that using cable without paying for it is a crime. Because of that we all have lost: clients, cable operators, TV corporations, pay TV, program producers, treasury.

To the most observed form of TV Signal-stealing we count:
- illegal receiving of a TV-signal,
- illegal installation of pay-TV devices,
- distribution of pay-TV devices
- Illegal retransmission of the signal in own cable webs.
- remaking of the code cards and pay-TV devices
- others: stealing or damaging of devices

These frauds can we describe as stealing, so not only copyright but penalty law is helpful too. It is so, when some of the devices is damaged or stolen, or illegal TV watches.
