Music piracy:
The problematic of music frauds is connected with copyright. That is the way we can define music frauds:
Music frauds is copying and disseminating of music products without permission, which are protected by copyrights.
This definition describes not completely these crimes. To the most made music frauds forms we can count:
- Illegal duplicating and putting on the market of MCs, CDs or DVDs
- smuggling of pirate MCs, CDs and DVDs and putting it on the market
- Illegal live-recordings
- Illegal public playback
Almost everywhere is public playback a huge problem. A lot of shops, factories, offices and discos are using music products without paying. Music is very helpful by selling, it gives the client a satisfaction, and it makes profits. Thus should they pay a part of their profits to the music organization, which manages the copyrights of the musicians.
There is much dangerous problem. It is illegal music copying from internet as mp3.
It is a fact, that the polish copyright allows to make one copy for our self without permission. We can lend it to our close friends or a family.
Downloading music from internet without paying is not legal, because we don't know the person, who let us download it. It is not common also, that the musician put their music for free to the web.
The conclusion is, don't download the music for free from the web. You can be suspected to be a fencer.
